Each template is located in the description section on each individual listing. It will open a new tab, which you will them download and open in your editing app. Make sure to hide the template before saving, this is just to be used for sizing purposes and may be edited by our team to better fit items.

Do items comes with lids and straws?

You can see if your item comes with lids and straws under each item's description.

What is your shipping timeframe?

During non-holiday seasons, we do our best to ship in 1-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, we still aim for that timeframe, but it may be adjusted as needed. Items are not guaranteed to ship in these timeframes, we just give these so you can give your customers a better idea of when to expect their items.

Do you use blind packaging?

Yes. All orders arrive without an invoice in white or brown boxes, with brown honeycomb paper. The return address will be labeled as "Shipping Department. You may add a gift note that will be placed in the package that is printed on cardstock.
